  • Tai Chi - Tuesdays 1.45 and Thursdays at 7.00

Tai Chi for Health Institute

Tai Chi is an enjoyable and gentle form of exercise with many health benefits proven by scientific research.

Some of the benefits are:

improved posture and co-ordination

reduces sympoms associated with arthritis including stiffness and pain

Classes are on Tuesdays at 1.45, Thursdays at  7.00  (60 mins)
